One of Aly’s passions is working with children and teens. Her interests in Psychology & Education inspired her to work with children and teens. She recognized the connection between mental wellness and academic success leading her to choose to become a counselor rather than a teacher. Aly has experience working within the local schools in Hillsborough County as a mental health counselor offering support to children and teens in need; making her the perfect fit for the WEC team!
Aly is excited to help you learn how to handle challenges in healthier ways. Her therapeutic work focuses on identifying and changing negative thought and behavior patterns that tend to keep you stuck and prevent you from being your authentic self. Aly believes that everyone’s struggles are unique, and she works with you to create an individualized plan to achieve your specific goals.
