We will explore your personal life goals first, then brainstorm professional ways to support them. My focus is not simply on scaling to make more money, but on enhancing your personal life. For example, I support women who are family planning and want to utilize their business to remain home with their children and foster secure attachment.

Money is Not the Goal

Our work should fund our life, not be our life. Part of my mindset coaching includes redefining what success looks like to you, recognizing that this definition will change across your lifespan. Underneath the desire to make money is often a personal goal, such as health access or family experiences. What is your "why" underneath it all?

Spiritual Purpose

I encourage finding spiritual meaning behind your money and services to ensure you are contributing to the world in a positive way. Reaching goals without meaning leaves many people unhappy. Part of my own spiritual grounding includes intentionally vetting professional partners, avoiding systems that harm humans, and offering complementary services and free community events.

Your Success

Success cannot be duplicated, and everyone's path looks different. For me, success meant raising my son without childcare and now homeschooling him while integrating work and life.

Work-Life Integration

Work-life balance is a myth; I advocate for work-life integration where your life is fluid. Self-care should not be a separate reward for hard work, but rather integrated into your daily routine. As the quote goes, "Build a life that you don't need a break from."
