    We offer this wellness service as an enhancement to our counseling services, with a special focus on trauma recovery, nervous system healing, and hormonal health.

    Our Registered Yoga Teacher is a also a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. She is a holistic and uses a trauma-informed approach to mental wellness.  She customizes each yoga flow, infusing her yoga practice and teachings with holistic mental health therapy interventions!

    Seasonal Yoga

    Spring is all about beginnings and rebirth. Our energy levels are higher, mood is lighter, and weather is more motivating.  For women, this is similar to our Follicular phase. Spring Yoga is a hatha-focused flow offering you balance and flow, just like a gentle spring breeze.  

    Summer is an active time of year often involving outdoor activities and social connection. For women, it’s similar to our Ovulation phase. Summer Yoga offers you a customized yoga flow mixing Vinyasa and Yin styles of yoga, leaving you feeling energized!  

    Fall is about harvest and cycles coming to an end.  It’s a time of self-reflection and release.  For women, it’s similar to our luteal phase. Fall Yoga offers you s customized Yin yoga flow offering you the space to reflect on your progress and release what is no longer serving you.

    Winter is a time when things end or go to rest. It’s often a stressful, busy time of year for many.  For women, it’s similar to our Menstruation phase. Winter Yoga offers you a customized restorative yoga flow inviting rest, stress relief, and balance during the busy end of year & holiday season.
