    Mindfulness practices, like yoga, are evidence-based therapeutic interventions. Research continues to show the emotional and mental health benefits of yoga.

    We include this service as an enhancement to our counseling services, improving your overall mental wellness, or as a standalone service if you’re only interested in our Mental Wellness Yoga.

    More Than Yoga

    Our Registered Yoga Teacher is a also a Licensed Mental Health Counselor.  She is a holistic and uses a trauma-informed approach to mental wellness.  She customizes each yoga flow, infusing her yoga practice and teachings with holistic mental health therapy interventions!

    2025 Mindfulness Events

    Our Seasonal Yoga is a custom series designed to honor the natural rhythm and connection that our minds & bodies have with nature, offering you balance and improving your mental wellness.  

    Each event includes a customized yoga flow, guided meditation, and self-reflection enhance your experience.  Located in our Brandon office, each event is 90 minutes in duration & $75 per session.  Packages rates available!

    Spring is all about beginnings and rebirth. Our energy levels are higher, mood is lighter, and weather is more motivating.
