    • The first appointment will involve the couple together, reviewing their relationship history and what led you to counseling today.  Your counselor will explore your relationship and counseling goals.
    • The second appointment will consist of individual sessions. Each individual will meet with the counselor individually to review your personal history.
    • The third appointment will involve the couple together allowing the counselor to share her feedback and recommendations.

Couples sessions are 90 minutes in duration.  The second appointment will consist of two individual sessions, 45 minutes per person, totaling 90 minutes.

    Getting Well Together

A relationship can only be as healthy as the people who are in it!

If you’re not at your best, chances are your relationship has been affected.  Most couples have their own unresolved individual issues that are projected into the relationship and impact the unit in an unhealthy way.

If you or your partner have a history of trauma, abuse, unhealthy relationships or dysfunctional family dynamics, it will impact your present and future relationships.

It is common for one or both partners to also participate in individual counseling  help support the overall goal of reconnecting and healing as a couple.
