Our holistic approach to mental health & wellness often includes recommend reading materials that enhance our clients’ therapeutic process and promote self-reflection.
We decided to expand this concept by offering a complimentary virtual book club meeting so we can empower even more people to get mentally and emotionally well, providing a safe space to discuss these topics and connect with others.
Each month we select a therapeutic book, blog, or peer-reviewed article that offers the reader introspection, self-growth, self-development, & self-healing, and enhances the reader’s journey toward peace, acceptance, health, wellness, and joy.
The only requirement is you are receptive to self-growth.
We recognize that knowledge is power! We will continue to spread knowledge to help empower women, teens, couples, families, and communities to become the best version of themselves!
