    We offer Individual & Group Yoga options!

    Mindfulness practices, like yoga, are evidence-based therapeutic interventions. Research continues to show the emotional and mental health benefits of yoga.

    We include this service as an enhancement to our counseling services, improving your overall mental wellness, or as a standalone service if you’re only interested in our Mental Wellness Yoga.

    Whatever your preference, we are here to support you!

    How We Are Different

    Our yoga teacher is a Mental Health Counselor and a Certified Yoga Teacher. This allows her to infuse her yoga practice and teachings with mental health therapy interventions!

    We offer a complimentary consultation!

    Mental Wellness Group Yoga

    Weekly classes will resume after the holidays. Stay tuned for our monthly group yoga events!

    Our customized restorative yoga flows offer you a relaxing, safe space to release emotions and memories stored in your body.  It invites you to stretch deep into your body and be in the present moment. 

    Restorative yoga isn’t about the perfect pose or a trendy fitness activity.  It’s about healing and improving your overall mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual wellness.

    Restorative yoga is perfect for any level of practice and is designed to improve your mental health and wellness. 

    Each mental wellness group yoga session offers a customized yoga flow and guided meditation infused with mental wellness tips and self-reflection.
