    Mindfulness practices, like yoga, are evidence-based therapeutic interventions. Research continues to show the emotional and mental health benefits of yoga.

    We include this service as an enhancement to our counseling services, improving your overall mental wellness, or as a standalone service if you’re only interested in our Mental Wellness Yoga.

    Whatever your preference, we are here to support you!

    How We Are Different

    Our yoga teacher is a Mental Health Counselor and a Certified Yoga Teacher. This allows her to infuse her yoga practice and teachings with mental health therapy interventions!

    We offer a complimentary consultation!

    Mindfulness-Based Group Yoga

    Located at our Brandon office, our group yoga is facilitated as a mindfulness-based group, which generally includes the following components:

    • Yoga flow customized to the specific mental wellness topic / area of focus. (See topics below).
    • Guided meditation, also customized to the specific topic, to enhance your yoga practice & offer a deeper experience.
    • Open-ended questions for self-reflection, journaling, or group discussion to connect internally, process, or connect with others.
    • Psychoeducation on the specific topic of mental wellness infused with therapy interventions.
