    Mental Wellness Yoga

    We offer Individual & Group Yoga options!

    Mindfulness practices, like yoga, are evidence-based therapeutic interventions. Research continues to show the emotional and mental health benefits of yoga.

    We include this service as an enhancement to our counseling services, improving your overall mental wellness, or as a standalone service if you’re only interested in our Mental Wellness Yoga.

    Whatever your preference, we are here to support you!

    How We Are Different

    Traditional yoga teachers attend yoga trainings and become certified in yoga.  Our yoga teacher is a Mental Health Counselor and a Certified Yoga Teacher.

    This allows her to infuse her yoga practice and teachings with mental wellness!

    Individual Yoga

    Say goodbye to group classes & fitness apps!  Our Individual Yoga sessions are:

    • Live: a scheduled appointment in real-time!
    • Virtual: join from anywhere!
    • Direct Contact: we are there to process & offer emotional support as needed during the session.
    • Individually Guided: the focus is 100% on you & your focus.
    • Customized to your unique goals, strengths, & needs.

    Mindfulness-Based Group Yoga

    We host in-person Yoga events locally. Our group Yoga is presented as a mindfulness-based group, which generally includes the following components:

    • A yoga flow customized to the specific mental wellness topic / area of focus. (See topics below).
    • A guided meditation, also customized to the specific topic, to enhance your yoga practice & offer a deeper experience.
    • Open-ended questions for self-reflection, journaling, or group discussion to connect internally, process, or connect with others.
