    About the group

    This group is a 6-part series that explores how self-esteem is connected to the inner workings of our self-identify and how we function in our life because of it.

    Each week we will focus on how self-esteem is connected to the correlating topic. 

    We invite you to dive deeper into yourself and explore how your self-esteem is connected to:

    • Self-compassion: we’ll explore how self-esteem is shaped over time and learn the foundation of self-compassion. We will discuss how to treat ourselves with the same kindness we’d offer someone we love.
    • Body image: we’ll explore how body image and self-esteem intertwine and challenge perfectionism. We will discuss ways to practice gratitude for what our bodies do for us instead of how they look.
    • Relationships: we’ll explore how relationships mirror our beliefs about values, love, and boundaries. We will discuss patterns, learn to set boundaries, and define our roles in life.
    • Motherhood: we’ll explore how motherhood impacts self-esteem. We will discuss what motherhood means to us, how it shapes our lives, and its impact on our identity. Together, we’ll reflect on cultural expectations versus your internal truth. 
    • Career/academics: we’re talking about self-esteem at work and school, where perfectionism, comparison, and “not enough” thinking often coincide. We will explore how performance-based self-worth can show up as burnout or imposter syndrome and begin identifying your top 3 personal values.
    • Anger: we’re exploring self-esteem and rage, how we’ve been socialized to suppress anger, especially when it challenges others’ comfort. We will talk about what happens when anger turns inward and how to reclaim it as a sign of truth and boundary protection.

    We invite you to meet your authentic self, take your power back, and connect with other women who can relate to you and help you grow.

    Our complementary Self-Esteem Support Group is hosted virtually. It’s an open group – meaning join when you need it and skip it when you don’t!  All women in FL are welcome to join!
