About Book Club
Our holistic approach to mental health & wellness often includes recommend reading materials that enhance your therapeutic process and promote self-reflection.
We decided to expand this concept by offering a complimentary virtual book club meeting so we can empower even more people to get mentally and emotionally well, providing a safe space to discuss these topics and connect with others.
Each month we select a therapeutic book, blog, or peer-reviewed article that offers the reader introspection, self-growth & development, and enhances the reader’s journey toward peace, acceptance, health, wellness, and joy.
Join us for an empowering book club session focusing on sharing knowledge, spreading support, and connecting with others!
