Olivera Petrovich, MA, RMHCI
Oli will be offering Guided Meditation & Yoga services starting in January 2023.
Having worked through her own battles with mental health, Oli understands the complicated process of healing and strives to maintain a compassionate, judge-free space. Oli has been working in the mental health field since 2017 and has a passion for helping others become the best versions of themselves. Using her background as a counselor, Oli combines mindfulness-based exercises like yoga and meditation to assist others in their healing journey. She understands that each person is unique, and therefore utilizes a holistic approach to address the many layers to the human experience.
Oli offers therapeutic mindfulness sessions to assist you with your therapy goals. You can expect to share about your background, set mindfulness goals, and learn about different skills, strategies, and practices to maintain wellness. Oli has always been interested in how things work, and provides psychoeducation on the effectiveness of these practices based off of present, empirical research. Oli also understands the importance of the mind-body connections and offers a safe space to process feelings and memories through movement or breathwork.
