Olivera has worked in the mental health field since 2017 and has a passion for helping others become the best versions of themselves!
Olivera understands the complicated process of healing and strives to maintain a compassionate and emotional safe space. She offers therapeutic mindfulness sessions to assist you with your therapy goals. You can expect to share about your background, set mindfulness goals, and learn about different skills, strategies, and practices to maintain wellness.
Using her background as a mental health counselor, Olivera combines mindfulness-based exercises like yoga and meditation to assist others in their healing journey. She understands that each person is unique, and therefore utilizes a holistic approach to address the many layers of the human experience.
Olivera has always been interested in how things work, and provides psycho-education on the effectiveness of these practices based off of present, empirical research. Olivera also understands the importance of the mind-body connections and offers a safe space to process feelings and memories through movement or breath work.
